Issues with internal calls

Hi There,

I have four offices that are using cisco IPT, gateway H323, CUCM8, this offices call each other over the WAN.

The issue that i'm having with one of the office is that when it calls other offices over the WAN, calls break in between when they are busy talking, i have checked the lines and they are not running errors, i'm prioritizing voice traffic and i have even reserved bandwidth for voice only on this office but the issue still persists, is there anything that i'm missing.

Have you tried loading the latest FW on the phones just to make sure it's not the load?

I have loaded the latest firmware but this has not resolved the issue

Hi,

Do you see any error on phone when the calls are disconnected ?

On an average out of 10 calls, how many calls are disconnected ?

Hi Atul,

Calls are not disconneted, they are breaking in between the conversation but this happens if they are on call for more that five minutes.
