I am trying to install a NIM-2FXO voice card in a Cisco series 4300 router, IOS XE Software ver 03.13.04.S.
Where do I start...........I am trying to get the card installed, then allow our Call manager system to use the voice ports for our 911.
I have been successful getting this process to work on older 2811 and 2901 routers but this 4300 router is giving me fits.
I have included a sh ver of the router

Thanks for your help. It was a licensing issue. Once we installed the correct license, the NIM started working as it should.
