Issues with Voice Translations on CME

I am having some issues getting calls to translate properly on my CME router.  I am just trying to do a very simple translation from "5437001" to "7001" and after I setup my translation, I run the "Test Voice Translation-rule 1" command against 5437001, it shows that it will translate the numbers to 7001 but if I call in from an outside line, the CME will not translate it.  Am I missing something?

Did you applied this translation to profile and then to dial-peer or voice-port? it will only invoke matching the exact number and dial-peer on which call is coming or voice-port .

if you have incoming dial-peer voice 1 pots this need to applied on this dial-peer .

Just make sure putting in correct direction (Incoming or outgoing)

Please post the output of sh run | sec voice and the output of debug voip dialpeer.

We need to make sure that the call is matching the dialpeer where voice translation is associated

Hi,

You are missing the following:

1. Voice profile 

2. Incoming dialpeer with voice profile assigned or

3. Voice port with voice profile assigned
