Hi Everybody,
I Have an issue with a ITSP SIP TRUNK, the issue apparently is "SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Media".
I Tried several things already, I Don´t know how to resolve this issue.
The outbound calls is already OK, the problem is with the inbound calls: from the ITSP to the CUCM.
I Have this topology to the ITSP SIP TRUNK:
ITSP --- sip --- CME --- sip --- CUCM
The configuration of CME is:
dial-peer voice 67 voip

On the CUCM Side:
Media Termination Point (checked)
Disable Early Media on 180 (unchecked)
Require SDP Inactive Exchange for Mid-Call Media Change(checked)
Early Offer support for voice and video calls (checked)
Send send-receive SDP in mid-call INVITE(checked)
The result of "debug ccsip messages" and "debug dialpeer voice inout" is:

Hi,
can you collect debug voice ccapi inout & debug ccsip message from the CME and attach the logs here please?
your provider is sending G711 A Law codec in the INVITE message, but you have configured G711 U Law in the dial-peers.
can you try changing it G711 A Law in the dial-peers and check? Also make sure you have MTPs in the MRGL applied to CUCM SIP Trunk.

Thanks a lot Suresh!!!
The issue was generated by codec mismatch ITSP g711a - CME g711u - CUCM g711u and I Don't have configured a destination-pattern to inbound.
THANKS!
The final config is:

session transport udp
voice-class sip early-offer forced

dial-peer voice 68 voip
