ITSP requires SIP Trunk Registration

I am using a 2951 router as my SBC (CUBE licensed) and can configure it to work with a SIP provider that doesn't require any SIP Trunk registration.  We are switching carriers and the new one requires SIP Trunk Registration.  I have been looking for information on how to accomplish this and cant find anything that tells me where to actually put the registration info (ie carrier provided SIP username and SIP password).  I have the IP address of the carriers SBC, their SBC FQDN, SIP userid, SIP pw, and Realm.  Does anyone know of a document that will aide me with this or can someone provide me with some idea on what to put where in the config and do I remove the bind statements from all the dial-peers or what.
