How many forwarding the Cisco IP phones can make-forward? is there any document from Cisco?
Scenario is, When the incoming calls hits the IVR>>>forward to extension (by system) is ok>>>>if the phone/extension forward to other extension, its not working its ringing there and drop.
Please guys advise and help..
