IVR and Suto Attendant for CUCM 9.1.1

Hi,

We have Cisco 2911 with CUCM Ver 9.1.1, Voice Bundle With PVDM3-32, FL-CME-SRST-25, UC License PAK. We need to configure the IVR and Auto Attendant. How to do that? Do we need any other license for this?

1) Do you have Unity Connection can use the Cisco Unity Connection System to configure IVR and AA .

You can't configure IVR and AA on CUCM. You have the following options:

- B-ACD on CME and forward the extension through sip trunk to CUCM
- AA on CUE which you might still have as you are running CUCM 9.1/C2900
- AA on CUC if you have it which will be integrated with CUCM.

You can still do it with UCCX if you have one but that is if you have call
center deployment.

I have attached the screenshot of the license details. Can you please tell me if I have unity Connection installed? If its there, for how many ports I can configure the AA?
