Hello everyone,
I'm posting here since I didn't find a straight answer to my question in hope of finding it here.
I'm looking for adding an IVR to CUCM without using any other node / server, so a caller can hear a message before routing the call to its destination, it will be used to inform the caller that the conversation is recorded
I already found that we can use CUC, and other solutions like UCCX which are over sized for this particular need
Any thoughts ?
