Jabber Active Calls Moving to Deskphone

Hi All,

We are using Jabber on premises, I would like to check this scenario is supported or not. When there is an active call on jabber client the call needs to move it to desk phone without disconnection.

Depends on your definition of disconnection.  You would need to place the call on hold within the client, then unhold the call from the deskphone.  Provided they share the same line, if they do not then you would need to transfer or park the call.  There is no other way that I am aware of to move the call between devices.

tmariutto is absolutely correct. To accomplish this you would need the phone and the CSF to have a shared line, meaning the same DN in the same partition. Then you can put the call on hold and resume it on the phone. If it is not a shared line you would have to transfer it or park it.
