Looking for some help,
We are getting a NONE codec from a PSTN call that goes to a Jabber ext that then transfers to another jabber. The MOH disappears around 10 sec and the call looks like it is still active from the PSTN phone but the receiving codec is none but the the transmit codec is g711 at the last leg of the call. Mid way through the call before full transfer we are getting the OPUS codec. Tried the same call on a handset and the call goes from G711 - OPUS - G711 for both transmit and receive.
Can anyone help?
