Jabber Connectivity Issue After Expressway Upgrade to Version 14/15

Hello ,

After upgrading the Expressway version from 12.2.7 to either 14 or 15, all Jabber connections over MRA stopped working.

any idea?

on Expressway 14.x and later
you must upload "CA-Root" of CA-Issuer (who generate cert for Expressway-Core)
 >> onto CUCM-Pub >> tomcat-trust + Callmanager-trust
  >> then restart this services >> Cisco Tftp + Cisco Tomcat 

also on you must turn off >> TLS verification >> on Expressway-Core
 >> ssh with user admin to Expressway-Core >> enter this command >> 
        xconfiguration EdgeConfigServer VerfyOriginServer: off

It is connected after upload certificate but if user associated to the cups pub it is no connect ,only sub working

what about doing test login of user in your LAN network (directly with CUP) ?..
is in LAN will connected with PUB ?
first check that in LAN & if issue is existed, fix that, then test from WAN-Expressway..

in the lan is working , but if user connect via expressway not working via cups pub
