Jabber contact list

Hi There,

Our customers are using Jabber for windows with version12.9 and CUCM12.5.

Currently the contact list is synced with AD, unfortunately the phone number field in AD is not up to date for all the accounts; also, customer would like to have a contact list that contains external users' contact detail.

Is it possible to create an xml file or something like that can be used only for certain group of jabber users?

Jabber uses either LDAP or UDS as contact source, in either case the information needs to be accurate, so, they need to update it there. You can use pizza guy contacts for anyone not in the contact source, if you want this for many users to have the same information, you can create a custom tab and embed a web page with the information.
