Looks like it's failing to resolve the names of the CUCM servers in order to register:

You can change them from names to IP addresses in CUCM under System->Server or you can resolve the DNS issue.

Create a problem report and upload the logs it creates.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for your response.
Which change do you things is the best. Change de hostname for IP address or check the DNS Issue.
If i change the hostname for IP address, the service isn´t affect?
The DNS issue is present only with the external device ? Movil Phone ?
When i use the Jabber for windows, it work fine.
Thanks a lot
Guillermo

You need to restart CallManager service when changing the hostname to IP address so that will be an outage assuming that is okay. Most people set the server names to IP addresses.
Sounds like maybe the Windows PCs are getting different DNS settings than the Android/iPhones.

Hello,
You can use IM but not the call features or the icon to call other user does not appear?
You can not call from Cisco Jabber?
Your are using LDAP to sync users?

You can see from the problem report that it's failing to register to CUCM so inbound/outbound calling will not be possible. It's failing to register to CUCM due to a DNS failure and the config file having hostnames of the CUCM servers rather than IP addresses due to the System->Server configuration in CUCM.

Is it just the Android devices running 9.6.1 that are not registering?

Hi David,
I tested with android and a Iphone and Both not registering in the CUCM.
Both register with IM&Precense. They only can send IM but can´t call with the jabber.
Thanks,
Guillermo
