My customer want to limit the mobile device to access Expressway-E only if the the mobile have a valid Cert. 

Is the Expreessway support this requirement?

No, currently certificate validation is one way only, device will authenticate the server cert only.

Anyway that I can stop auto-dispatch Certificate to client device and upload manually.

No, the certificate will always be offered, about uploading the cert, that's up to the device you're using how to do that, or if you can do it via some MDM or similar.

Do you know if "Certificate-Based Authentication" support Jabber mobile client?
