jabber iphone client: when called party disconnect calls, calling party receives CUC greeting

Im having strange issue.

I configured Jabber client for iPhone. 
When somebody calls to this extension and if the jabber client user disconnects the calls without answering the call, then the  calling party receives CUC greeting.

What could be the reason?

can anybody help? why its going to CUC welcome greeting when they disconnect the call?

The call isn’t disconnected if it wasn’t answered. Declining the call causes CUCM to follow the Call Forward Busy configuration, same as using the iDivert button on a Cisco IP phone.

so what is the solution not to get the greeting there?

Disable all Call Forwarding on the DN, build the user/DN a voice mailbox, or don't decline the call.
