Jabber issue unable to dial LD but local is successful

Hello,

 

We have CUCM 10.5.1.10000-7 and using Jabber 10.5.2 on a Samsung cell phone.  What we are noticing is when local is placed, it is successful.  When a LD call is placed we here dead air  When LD call is placed placed by a deskphone, with the exact same DP, CSS, etc. it is successful.

 

The Jabber client has no issues dialing internal numbers or local numbers.  It is using its own data connection.  If anyone has any troubleshooting steps, or has encountered something similar please let me know.

Are you using a support device? The Jabber client is *very* picky about the devices it will work with.
