Dear Cisco Support community,
we have a Cisco Unified Client Services Framework Device with a line and a Device Profile with the same line and a second line configured.
Now the problem is that Jabber is showing the second line of the user as their DN.
How does jabber get the DN of a user? Is it maybe an Active directory issue?
Thank you and best regards
Moe

Check if the required DN is set as Primary Extension in the End User Page!!.
Make sure to associate the proper Owern User Id on CSF Device Page.
Reset jabber and test.
Thanks
