Hi

I have an issue with jabber loign , I have enabled SSO on one of our test cluster and SSO test has been passed without any issues.

However, when we attempt to log in to Jabber, the error 403 "unable to communicate with server" appears. I can receive the OTP after inputting my credentials on the SSO page.

Hi @Yenosh

Could you share details about your setup and the versions of the components you're using?

Do you have Expressway as part of your setup? Also, is the issue occurring on both MRA and the enterprise network?

Lastly, does Jabber function properly without SSO enabled?

Regards,

Hi Shalid,

We are using veriosn 14 su2.

Do you have Expressway as part of your setup? Yes , we have the expressway.

Also, is the issue occurring on both MRA and the enterprise network? It is occuring on both ways

Lastly, does Jabber function properly without SSO enabled? We have not tried it is new setup.

Regards,

Hi Yenosh,

I recommend testing and verifying if Jabber works without SSO. Based on my understanding, the error you mentioned seems to be unrelated to SSO and is likely a basic Jabber login issue. Please try disabling SSO and confirm whether you're able to log into Jabber successfully.

Start by testing on the enterprise network, and then proceed with MRA. Once you have confirmed that everything works without SSO, you can enable SSO again and test it from there.

Regards

Shalid

I have disabled the SSO and tried to login still the same issue. Sorry for delay in response due to the tester unavailability.

That's mean the problem is not from the SSO feature.
You have to share the jabber logs and also screenshoot for the jabber login alert.

I just have one more question, can you try to login to the cucm selfcare web page with the same user that you are testing and having the issue!!?
