which one for "Phone only mode" :

 

msiexec.exe /i CiscoJabberSetup.msi /quiet CLEAR=1 CLICK2X=DISABLE

 

or

 

msiexec.exe /i CiscoJabberSetup.msi CLEAR=1 PRODUCT_MODE=Phone_Mode
