Jabber Presence across Intercluster Link

Hi All

I have intercluster setup between multiple IMP servers across different sites.  The presence status is working fine internally but when they are doing MRA over Expressway they can find the users but the presence status is loss.  Should presence still work?

does that inter clustering contain clusters with different domains?

so have you tied together, multiple domains in a confederation type setup?

Correct users are in different domain.
