Recently upgraded to CUCM 9.1 and I'm new to Presence and Jabber. From what I can tell most of the configuration is done on the Call Manager side now but I'm still confused whether I need a standalone CUPS server and how to tell if I can actually set it up on my system. Can anyone provide suggestions? Thank you in advance. CUCM version:
CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5

All the user provisioning was moved under CUCM, the IMP server (CUPS) is still the presence engine and is required.

You still build the basic integration as before, you should start by reviewing the IM&P documentation:

java
