Jabber Profile in System version: 10.5

Hi, 

I tried to setup jabber profile. 

I created CSF profile and assigned line to it. 

but the user is not able to log in to jabber.

As user reported that she can’t login to the Jabber by using her windows ID/PW

System version: 10.5.2

Any help would be appreciated.

I have copied the config from old user's CSF profile. 

Is there any doc/video u can provide so that I can reconfigure it?

User asked for License of "Please enable license for the user's Jabber".

Earlier they were using system Version: 8.6 and now they have upgraded to 10.5

In 8.6 the way of licencing was different (System>Licensing> Compatibility assignments).

But I don't know any such way in 10.5 to provide licensing.

On 10.5 you just enable the user for IM&P at the user page, that would be the equivalent of the page on 8.6 where you enabled the user for CUPS and CUPC

I have configured JABBER before, I have never made any changes on CUPS for 10.5.

I have enabled the user for IM&P at the user page.

I just want to be sure, if I have not missed anything. 

What extra things do I need to configure for Jabber for Windows?

The config between 8.6 and 10.5 is VERY different, now most of the config is done in the CUCM server, and just some in the IM&P, if you're going to work with 10.5 going forward, I would strongly suggest you review the 10.5 (most likely you'll only find 10.0 versions, but it's the same) and take a look at how this is now configured, and map that to your config to make sure there's nothing missing.

The upgrade should have taken care of doing the re-mapping in the config, but if something is not working, you need to understand what has to be configured for this to work.

Hard to tell when I don't know what you have configured (or not), that's why you need to review the documentation for 10.5 to make sure everything is properly configured.

What should be the TURN server password?

I mean should it be ticked in the check box or not as given in the picture
