jabber share screen mobile and remote access grayed out

Dear Experts,

We are deploying Mobile and remote access in the below topology

We are are using desktop sharing feature inside the network without any issue. 

Our issue is related to the users login using MRA feature. the sharescreen option is greyed out.

when we have user logging from outside with user logging from internal network, the outside user has share screen button greyed out. for the internal user, the button is working.  

when the internal user press the share screen button, it is not reaching the outside user.

kindly advise how to solve this issue.

Document screen sharing limitation for Jabber over MRA

Description

Symptom:
Screen Sharing option will be grayed out in Jabber when connected over MRA. This is believed to be a product limitation with MRA at the time of this filing and the bug is filed to document the limitation.

Based on the chart here, it appears receive screen share will work:

Thanks for your reply.

Expressway version is 8.6.2.

I want to ask you also about file transfer with MRA, it is greyed out also. do you know why ? is it the same like share screen ?

As per the MRA deployment guide ( page 28 ) , it is an unsupported feature
