Hi,
my colleagues and I work with Jabber and bluetooth headsets. Jabber does recognize the headsets but the voice you hear is so consumed that you can't understand a word. All other tools like MS Teams etc. work normally with Bluetooth headphones.
Did anyone has dealt with the problem before?

We are experiencing the same issues. It sounds like someone is using a voice changer.

I saw posts about this from the last year but with no solution provided. Any idea how we can address this directly to Cisco? Or on a channel with more activity?
