Jabber TCT,BOT Devices ignoring Device CSS

I have just encountered something weird on our jabber deployment and was wandering if someone had seen a similar issue.

The jabber devices seem to be ignoring the Device level CSS.For example if I don't place a CSS on the line but have a correct and working CSS on the device level I can't place any calls.

This only fails for TCT and BOT devices, CSF seem fine.I've had a look through the bug tool and can't find anything obvious ( We're running CUCM 10.5(2)SU3)

See if device mobility is kicking in and perhaps putting you in roaming device pool.
