jabber with sccp phone

hi dear friends,

we have some 7911 phones with SCCP registering,

when we create Jabber windows and Integrate that with 7911 sccp phone,

the 7911 phone cant control jabber windows desktop, 

because we want do dial in jabber, then phone dial number for us,

for do this jabber windows must take control of 7911 sccp, but it can not ..

also, jabber say unregistered status, but its ok login, can receive calls, can dial calls, but cant control 7911 sccp phone..

how to fix that ?

Is the phone and CSF set as controlled by the end user and does it show up in the device select menu in Jabber?

The fact that you see Jabber as unregistered is perfectly normal as it only shows as registered when set as use Jabber to make calls directly in the application. When set to control a phone it doesn’t register as such in CM.
