I have recently purchased two Bluetooth headsets the Jabra 45e and the Jabra Elite 85h. I can easily connect them to the computer audio and phone apps work ie. youtube or Microsoft Teams but I have issues with Cisco IP communicator. It will connect at first and all functions will work but if the headset disconnects and reconnects I will lose audio also no one can hear me. Re-doing the audio wizard does not resolve the issue either. Other applications work. To get Cisco IP communicator to work again I have to end the task and relaunch communicator.
Can anyone tell me how this can be resolved so it will work?
