Hi, my customer is complaining that the Jabra 920 Headsets are freezing at the 7841 and 8851 phones. They are connected via Jabra Link cable.
Only unplugging ang plug it in again helps sometimes.
Does anyone know this problem?

Can you define freeze?
The headsets stop working? The phone stops working? No audio but the phone works? If unplugging the headsets does not fix it, what do you do?
Does it happens on all the phones? You could try with a firmware upgrade the Jabra and/or the Phones?
