Jabra Pro 930 Not Working after Jabber Update

Hello!

Prior to updating my Jabber client from v12.6.1 to v12.8.x, I could answer a call by either removing the headset from the cradle OR by pressing the multi-function button on the headset. Now, my only option is to press the "answer" but on the onscreen dialog box.

Based on support from Jabra, the update caused a loss of remote call control (RCC) ringtone to headset with answer/end. I updated the headset firmware to v2.30.0, but that had no effect.

I have a mac with macOS 10.15.5.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

AFAIK, you need to wait for Jabra to update their drivers to match the new
version if it's broken. Do one thing, try to uninstall Jabber, reboot, and
reinstall the new version just to eliminate the possibility of driver
corruption.
