Hi team, We have the following scenario : Customer want integrated Jive ITSP Sip Trunk to Collaboration environment. The ITSP have a service based in the cloud but use the Internet access (no Secure). Now the ITSP is reporting that have a security environment with TLS and SRTP Does anybody have already integrated SIP Trunk (Jive) with Unified Communications managers/VoiceGateways or CUBE? Check with the documentation of service provider what is required.
Also, cert from service provider needs to be uploaded to cucm servers as callmanager-trust and callmanager.pem certificate from our servers needs to be shared to the remote remote endpoint so that the cucm nodes and Service Provider trust each other.
