JTAPI PG user in Call Manager got deleted

Hi,

We have faced a situation last week tht all CTIOS toolkit agents were logged out automatically both idle and talking agents. And all inbound calls were getting dropped simultaneously, on analysis further we came to know tht in CUCM PG user were missing which acts as JTAPI connectivity.

So due to which the extensions and route point has been unregistered. Then We have captured Audit logs and found nothing on how it is deleted.

UCCE : 8.0.3

CUCM : 7.1.5

Suspecting someone would have deleted accidental but still i would like to konw is their any chance tht PG user will get deleted automatically?

Is any bdy faced this issue?

Hi .

As per Cisco documentation, PG user has to be manually defined as application user on cucm.

So I also think to am accidental delete of the user
