JTAPI redundancy.

Hi folks,

May be this is stupid question. Customer has VERINT as call recording solution. VERINT is configured with JTAPI user pointing to Publisher. In case, if Publisher goes down then CTI communication breaks and call recording stops.

Is there a way to achieve load balancing / failover logic in JTAPI.

If JTAPI Primary link with Publisher goes down, Secondary link with CCM Subscriber2 comes up.

Please suggest.

maybe try dns names instead of IP addresses if Verint lets you. and build redundancy into the hostname itself.
