Keypad ignored on Jabber for the mac

Hi all

When I make a call to a company and I get a operator menu of options (the typical press "1" if you want to speak to sales, "2" if you want to speak to support etc....) the keypad presses are ignored on Jabber.

Nothing happens either clicking on a number of the virtual keypad or pressing a number on my own keyboard. I can hear the single "beep" feedback when pressing the key but nothing happens, key press is ignored.

I am using Jabber version 12.9.4 on the mac.

Hi,

You have problem with DTMF hence its not working. You need to examine the
call flow and see what DTMF is configured on your dialpeers/cucm. This will
help to identify where your DTMF is failing.

Hello @fsanchez1

You will need to check the DTMF settings that you have with your Telephony Provider and more specifically to identify if your DTMF settings on your gateway (CUBE) dial-peers match the standards of your Provider.
