Keypad Lock of Cisco IP Phones with CME 8.6

Dear All,

Please let me know if the keypad be locked for Cisco IP Phones..I have 7911 7941, 7945 etc ip phones with CME (8.6)? If there is any command on the router (CME 8.6) that we can configure this feature?

Hi,

This feature is not avilable.You could use FAC(Forced Authorization Codes) to obtain the security level.

Hi

You can use it by AXL service configuration and third party application. Un build it is not a feature in ip phones.
