Last Redirected Number shown null

Hi all,

I'm trying to code IVR questionnaire script.

The agent get a inbound call and forward it to the questionnaire application.

I expect that GetCallContactInfo step take call info such as "Calling Number", "Last Redirected Number".

Calling Number is shown by original calling number.

But Last Redirected Number is shown null.

I expect the "Last Redirected Number" is shown as Agent Extension which transfered the call.

How do I get it?

I am also experiencing the same issue. I have a survey script that an agent transfers a customer to. I can also get the calling number to show up without an issue, but the "Last Redirected Number", which should be the agent extension, is showing up as null. Any help on how to obtain the agent's extension that made the transfer would be greatly appreciated.
