LDAP and CUCM 6.X limited entries?

I am communicating with a CUCM 6.X an Active Directory server, the communication and works seamlessly replicate the users of Active Directory on the End User, but only 852 are replicated users of over 1000 existententes in the Active Directory

Any idea that this happens?

anything particular on those users not being imported??

There is a limit of entries in the directory? perhaps related to the server MCS 7816 or the license?
