Hi,
If we are migrating/Upgrading Cucm from 7.1 to 9.1, how will migarate the licence file to ELM ? can i use the same licence file for the new version?

Hi Joy,
Once u migrate from Call manager 7 to 9 , CUCM will work on Demo licenses.
you need to login into ELM ---License Management ---Licenses ----other fulfilment options and generate file.
Save the file and share it with licensing team along with Sales order number and Contract number to provide permanent license.
