Hi Suthomas,

88XX will be using Enhanced User Connect License which you already have, now it depends number licences you have purchased.

You can find this information in 8841 IP phone datasheet :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/unified-ip-phone-8800-series/datasheet-c78-731638.html

CUWL standard licences are used for Call control and users features to connect with CCM.
Enhanced User Connect License - supports one device, including all Basic devices,
plus advanced (voice and video) call control features including desktop and mobile
clients. (For example: Cisco 3911, Cisco 3951, Cisco 6941, Cisco 6945, Cisco 6961,
Cisco 79xx, Cisco 88XX, Cisco 89xx, Cisco 99xx, Cisco E20, Cisco TelePresence EX60, Cisco
TelePresence EX90, third party SIP)
Enhanced Plus will be used by all enhanced devices.

I'm looking for these Enhanced User Connect Licenses but can't finde them anywhere.

Can you please let me know which one I need to run 30x CP-8841?

Or do I even need them if I run ISR4431-V/K9?

Thanks!

In addition to correct answer from Prassha3 (+5) assuming you have available/spare CUWL licenses even if you only associate one phone to a user or don't associate at all CUWL licenses can be borrowed down if no UCL licenses are available, so in nutshell you are OK.
