license upgrade on CUE express 8.6

Good morning I' ve a license file to upgrade my cue express 8.6

Anyone can hou help me with the command to use in command line to do that?

I see the document but the  problem is that I've an error   when i send the command :"license install ftp....

the error  marker  appers under ftp

Are you entering it as such:

license install ftp://user:password@192.1.1.53/lic/nme-159/nme-159.lic

where the user and password are of the FTP user?
