licenses of ATA 190

Hello ,

I have issue with licenses of ATA 190.

when I assigned user for ATA 190 I don't see device in License Usage Report.

and if i unassigned user ,I see device in License Usage Report (Enhanced).

version of CUCM 10.5.2.12901-1

any idea?

Hi,

When the user is not assigned (owner user id not assigned in device page), device based licenses will be consumed based on the type of device. Once you assign the user, user based licenses will kick in. For example if you assign two devices to one user, then instead of consuming 2 licenses based on the device type, one enhanced plus license will be used.

ATA 190 shud consume essential license as mentioned here. SInce its taking enhanced, you could try the suggestions here:
