Light off on sip phone 8961

Dear Team,

On CUCM 9.1.

on Sip phone 8961, when i take handset to make a call, but the led on only about 1 second. I have not enough time to press number dial.

while, on sccp phone 8945, i take handset, press number and make a call normal.

Please help me?

Please rephrase your question, it's a tad unclear what the actual problem is.

Are you saying that when you go off hook on an 8961 you only hear dial tone for one second? If this is accurate what do you hear after the one second mark: reorder or an Annunciator error? Were you able to dial any digits at all? Does this phone show registered in CUCM and have an appropriate Calling Search Space assigned to it?
