Limit / Restrict Simultaneous Inbound Calls on E1/T1 links

Is there a way to limit / restrict Simultaneous Incoming Calls on E1/T1 links, using the incoming called-number along with the max-conn commands doesn't help, also it works great with incoming H.323 calls.

Any hints,

From the top of my head,

You can loop the call  as a h323 call then send it out to the IP Leg

Will need a couple of translation patterns.!

Let me check

Thanks divin for your instant reply, but I really couldn't get your point, would you please be more specific?

P.S: I have no problem with Incoming or Outgoing calls thru E1, all i need to do is to set limit on Incoming E1 calls to allow more voice channels for outgoing calls.

What I intend to do is,

PSTN calls 3000 hits inbound POTS dial-peer, then use a translation rule

change the called number to 113000 then

this matches a voip dial-peer pointing to this router itself

Now the call is a h323 call You can do the max-conn .

use transalation-profiles to change the 113000 to 3000 and route the call to final destination.

If you hit the max-conn then the call will just disconnect

Or just ask the provider to send only X number of calls inbound!
