I have set up a line group, like I have with many others before now, that has 5 phones (DN's) in it. It is set to ring as "Broadcast". However calls continue to ring only the one DN each time. Any ideas on what I may be overlooking? The Hunt List and Hunt Pilot are set up like all of our others.

Hi Carlos.
Do you have other Line Group with the same Hunt algorithm?
Try to remove and recreate the line group and don't forget to reset the hunt list.

Thanks Carlo! I tried removing the DN's from the Line Group and putting them back, and I tried deleting the line group and re-creating it. The line still just rings 1 phone. I believe there is something at the location preventing this from working - people logged out or some forwarding being done somewhere that is keeping this from working. Hopefully I will stumble across whatever it is.
If you think of anything else that I might try, please forward it on. Thanks again!

Are non working lines in the line group, forwarded to other numbers?
The ringing phone is always the first in the list?
