First, thanks in advance for any help!
I'm using CCM 4.2. How can I get the members of a line group phones to display the dn forwarded to the hunt pilot instead of calling party's id? Right now they can't distinguish among incoming calls and would like to know which calls are being extended via the hunt. I've only been working w/this about 1 yr and have much to learn. Thanks

Hi,
The hunt will not change things, something else is needed.
you can add a directory number to the path, and have it CFA to the hunt pilot, then the phones will display the redirecting number (make sure it is enabled and that you have a name on that DN).

Hello All,
Change the hunt pilot number to something else,
then create a cti route point with the original hunt pilot DN. Forward all calls on the cti rp to the new hunt pilot DN. The alerting name for
the cti rp will display on the line group members.

Thanks to you all - I did create the route point and I also needed to check "Redirected Number" in the Forwarded Call Information Display of the line.
