Linksys WIP330 device that is not connecting to wireless

Hello everyone,

I have a Linksys WIP330 device that is not connecting to wireless at all, agluem have any idea what's wrong? It does not detect the wireless, only the wireless from my cell was detected among several.

I thought to do the firmware upgrade, but could not make. Can anyone help me.

Linksys devices are not supported in this forum, I suggest you try the linksys communities instead.

I tried, but they say the Linksys telephone sector was passed to Cisco and this is a Cisco Linksys equipment, I bought Cisco same, have until symbol of cisco on the phone, do not know what else to do, I'm with 100 equipment that stopped the company. Please I need it very much.
