I'm in need of some help figuring out what we need to do to be able to tap into live calls happening in our call
center. At my previous company we had a side car they called it that listed everyone's extentions and we could click to listen in on the calls at those extentions. Is it as easy as buying that piece to the phone to do that technoloy or is there more to it?

With the Cisco Supervisor Desktop you can monitor live calls of the contact center agents. That is available with Contact Center Express (UCCX) or Enterprise (UCCE)
