Loading Image on Cisco DX650

I have the same issue everyone is having on loading wallpaper on the DX650. I read the support blog and no one can get a answer or a solution to this issue. Do anyone have a proven way of loading the image on the 650? The admin guide has a gray area and not a lot on information. I have a TAC case open and awaiting response. My configuration below:
