Local 1 to local 2 force call forwarding has seen a ‘missed call’ logs on the phone of local 1 (this was observed on all phone CP-7911 model type).

Is this a new setup? I suggest checking the CSS for the calling number and local 2 phone

Thanks for the reply. No it is not a new setup. The scenario goes like this. When phone A made a call to phone B, phone B receives the call then phone B decided to forward the call to phone C. Either the call is answered or not, miss call log seen on phone A which is the one who made the call first. I think this is not a normal behavior of the phone.
