Hi,
I am facing a strange issue with the call pickup group feature on a VG224 SCCP. Both extensions are configured on the same pickup group in Call Manager, and the feature is enabled on the server.
However, when the first phone dials **3 to pick up the call from the second phone call stops ringing on second phone, but first phone remains mute. When first phone is placed on hook it rings one time and when picked up the call is there.
Does anyone know what may be causing this problem?

Hi Daniel,
Check this setting in CUCM
AutoCallPickupEnabled service parameter = True
Under
Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - Call Pickup)
