Local directory old entries/duplicates

Hi,

I have been asked to sorted out the duplicates entries for users that we have in our CME system once the user search in the Directory in the phone.

Some staff appears twice! We have had to change their extension numbers during the summer and now in the directory they show twice with the old extension and the new one.

I can not find a way to sort this out.

Could anyone help?

hello,

Can you please post the show run and users details  who are showing as duplicate in the local directory. after removing/modifying those user details did you performed  no create cnf and create cnf along with perphone  under the Telephony-Service

also try the no cnf-file perphone and cnf-file perphone too.

Thank you. I looked just after I posted this and I can not believe I did not noticed that actually they were duplicate extentions.
